Tottenham Hotspur secured a vital 3-1 victory over Nottingham Forest on Wednesday night, boosting their hopes of finishing in the top four of the Premier League.
Ange Postecoglou's side were in impressive form throughout the match, and goals from Harry Kane, Son Heung-min, and Rodrigo Bentancur sealed the victory.
The result sees Tottenham move above Aston Villa into fourth place in the table, with just three matches of the season remaining.
The win was a timely boost for Tottenham, who had been struggling for form in recent weeks. Postecoglou had made several changes to his team in an attempt to spark a reaction, and his players responded with a dominant performance.
Tottenham took the lead in the 35th minute when Kane converted a penalty after Son was fouled in the area. Son doubled the lead just 10 minutes later, finishing off a fine move involving Kane and Bentancur.
Forest pulled one goal back in the second half through Brennan Johnson, but Tottenham remained in control of the match. Bentancur sealed the victory with a superb long-range strike in the 70th minute.
